Frequently Asked Questions

Do these rain guards interfere with Tesla’s automatic window operation or frameless seals?

No. They attach securely to the outer window trim line, keeping the glass pathway and frameless rubber seals completely unobstructed for smooth automatic window roll up and roll down.

Will the mounting adhesive damage my vehicle’s original trim or paint?

Not at all. The visors use high-tack, automotive-grade double-sided acrylic adhesive designed specifically for vehicle exteriors. It forms a secure seal while remaining completely safe for factory surfaces without leaving stubborn residue upon removal.

Can I drive through automated car washes after installing these vent visors?

Yes, regular and touchless car washes are safe once the adhesive cures for 24 hours after installation. Touchless car washes are recommended to keep both the visors and your Tesla’s paint looking pristine.

Are these compatible with older Tesla Model Y production years?

These visors are laser-measured specifically for the window geometry and outer trim profile of the Tesla Model YL (2026-ON) to ensure an exact precision fit.
